Annie Waggoner brings academics, versatility, and contact value to Indiana State
Waggoner is a high-academic, high-effort Indiana State pitcher who added value in 2025 as a versatile contributor, not just an arm: she appeared in 27 games, drew six walks, and posted a .357 OBP while also pitching 14.2 innings. Her results in the circle were uneven, but her profile stands out for competitiveness, roster flexibility, and the kind of disciplined approach that can help a staff and lineup in multiple ways. She looks like a fit for teams that value grit, intelligence, and developmental upside over immediate polished dominance.
