Marist’s steady back-line safety with a football IQ edge
Andre Nettles has been a depth-and-discipline safety for Marist, and the clearest verified stat line available shows he appeared in eight games in the 2016 season and recorded three tackles for the Red Foxes[2]. What makes him interesting is the profile behind the numbers: a defensive MVP in high school who also led his team in forced fumbles and sacks, suggesting an instinctive, physical defender who plays with edge and urgency[2].
