Pioneers Guard Turned Long Beach State Operations Director
Ashley Arroyo, a 5'5" gritty guard for Sacred Heart Pioneers in 2016-17, showcased high school leadership by captaining Career Magnet to the 2013 SCC Championship and earning All-Oronoque honors, highlighting her intense competitiveness and team-first mentality. Post-playing career at Bridgeport (graduated 2020), she earned a USC Master's and joined Long Beach State in 2025 as Director of Basketball Operations—her operational savvy, basketball IQ, and proven loyalty make her an ideal behind-the-scenes asset for any program building championship culture.
