Damian Eargle was a block-happy defensive terror for YSU
Damian Eargle’s Youngstown State profile is built on rim protection, physicality, and consistency: he finished his Penguins career with 1,061 points, 622 rebounds, and a school-record 309 blocks, and in the 2012-13 season he was named Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year. The big differentiator is his shot-blocking gravity—he didn’t just defend the paint, he owned it. If your team wants a tough, high-motor forward who changes shots, anchors defense, and brings real interior edge, Eargle is exactly the kind of guy who makes opponents rethink every drive.
