Bucknell safety Louis Taglianetti brings steady, tackle-first presence
Louis Taglianetti is a Bucknell safety known for reliable production and physical, assignment-sound play, with a season that included a 10-tackle high, at least five tackles in eight games, and 7.0 tackles per game at home. Bucknell’s recent defensive success provides useful context: the 2023 team finished 6-5 overall and 4-1 in Patriot League play, suggesting he fit into a winning, disciplined unit. His appeal is less about flash than trust—he looks like a defender who can stabilize a secondary, diagnose quickly, and handle heavy snap responsibility.
