Alcorn State's Proven Ground-and-Pound RB Powerhouse
Darryan Ragsdale, Alcorn State's 5-11, 190-pound senior RB from Brandon, Miss., showcases explosive vision and durability, erupting for 136 rushing yards and a TD in a dominant 40-7 win over Concordia-Selma, and 111 yards against Southern Miss where the Braves racked up 295 ground yards total. A Hinds CC transfer with Ole Miss spring walk-on buzz, his consistent big-play ability (echoing SWAC RB benchmarks like 106+ YPG averages) makes him a gritty, every-down workhorse—perfect fit for teams needing a tough, versatile back who elevates run-heavy offenses.
