Charlotte’s young interior lineman Drew Cunningham brings size, pedigree, and development upside
In the 2024 season, Drew Cunningham was a 6-foot-4, 290-pound freshman offensive lineman for Charlotte who saw action in one game, preserved a redshirt, and was recognized on the American Conference Academic Honor Roll.[1] A Southlake Carroll product and former three-star recruit, he brings a strong frame, good program pedigree, and the kind of developmental upside coaches like in an interior lineman.[1][2] The big question is projection: he’s more “future starter” than finished product, but if your team wants a smart, physical blocker with room to grow, he’s the kind of bet that can pay off.[1][2]
