Laura Granzow Buetow: a classic rim-protecting center with long-standing shot-blocking value
Laura Granzow Buetow built her Canisius reputation as a defensive anchor, leading the team in blocks in each of her final three college seasons and finishing with a top-10 career mark in blocked shots for the program. Her value is the kind coaches love: paint protection, interior toughness, and steady presence over flash. She was also a high-level high school winner at Kickapoo, which hints at competitive edge and winning habits. If your team needs a rugged center who changes shots and brings grit, she fits the bill.
