Tim Mays, SFA DB, Brings Veteran Secondary Depth and Grit
Tim Mays is listed on Stephen F. Austin’s 2026 football roster as a defensive back, but the available public data does not provide recent stat lines or detailed scouting notes for him specifically. What stands out is his continued presence on a program that posted an 11-2 season in 2025 and a 1st-place Southland finish, which suggests he is part of a winning, competitive defensive environment[1][5]. If you value a DB who fits a strong-team culture and can develop into reliable depth or rotational help, Mays is worth a closer look; if you need a heavily documented production profile, the public record is thin[1][5].
