experienced Morehead State linebacker with a knack for disruption
In the 2023 season, Isaac Armstrong was an experienced graduate-student linebacker for Morehead State who posted 25 tackles and 8 tackles for loss, showing real backfield disruption rather than just pile-cleaning. He originally arrived as a high-production high school defender, leading his team with 48 tackles as a senior and earning leadership and character awards, which matches the tone of his college profile: dependable, physical, and assignment-sound. At 6'2" and 249 pounds, he brings size, maturity, and a blue-collar edge that fits a defense looking for a steady run-stopper and downhill enforcer.
