Sac State QB battle spotlight: Garza profile is hard to verify
Reliable 2026 coverage and roster data do not clearly identify Ferni Garza as Sacramento State’s active quarterback, with current reports focusing on a QB competition led by Carson Conklin and others. That means the safest read is simple: Garza is not showing up in the available stat-leader or roster snapshots as a proven on-field driver right now, so he is more a watch-list name than a must-roster fit until his role, health, and production are confirmed.
