Portland State DT Sione Taumoe'anga Brings Local Provenance and Defensive Grit
Taumoe'anga is a Portland-area defensive tackle with a proven high school résumé—PIL champion, Oregon 5A first-team all-state, and co-Defensive Player of the Year—which points to a physical, disruptive interior player rather than just a body on the depth chart.[3] Portland State’s roster listing confirms him as a defensive lineman for the Vikings, but the available public info is limited on current college production, so the safest read is that he profiles as a hometown, hard-nosed fit who can bring edge, toughness, and local credibility to an FCS defensive front.[3][4]
