Brianna Edwards brings paint presence and rebounding punch to Providence
In the 2012-13 season, Brianna Edwards was a classic frontcourt value-add for Providence: she finished third on the team in scoring at 9.4 points per game, led the Friars in rebounding with 7.1 boards per game, and posted four double-doubles.[1] At 6-foot-1, her calling card was physicality, offensive rebounding, and reliable production against better competition, including a 20-point, 15-rebound outing versus Vermont and 21 points against Harvard.[1] If your team wants an energy big who owns the glass and can score without needing touches, she fits the bill.[1]
