veteran Bobcats safety with proven ball skills and steady production
In the 2026 season, Arnold Briggs profiles as a senior Montana State safety who brings experience, versatility, and a knack for impact plays after moving from corner to safety and finishing as a team-top-five tackler with 54 tackles; his earlier seasons showed a similar playmaking edge, including two interceptions and multiple pass breakups in 2010. The fit is appealing if you want a reliable, assignment-sound defensive back who can tackle, cover, and communicate like a seasoned veteran, though his value is more about consistency and football IQ than flashy measurables.
