Former UTSA Defensive Back Prospect with Early-Enrolled Size and Versatility
Charles Wort was listed by Rivals/On3 as a UTSA linebacker prospect in the 2012 class, standing 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds out of New Braunfels; that frame suggests a safety/linebacker hybrid who could bring length, tackling range, and special-teams value. I couldn’t verify reliable public stats or a later collegiate production profile from the provided source, so the key takeaway is his physical profile and positional flexibility rather than box-score impact. If you’re evaluating fit, he projects as a developmental, defense-first athlete with the kind of build teams like for coverage and physical run support.
