Ka’Darius Baker brings Houston Christian a live-arm, home-run QB profile
Baker is a former Houston Christian quarterback whose game was built on downfield aggression and explosive-play ability, highlighted in the 2014 season by a 77-yard touchdown connection and a 52-yard completion. His career snapshot shows a fearless passer who could push the ball vertically, though the same style came with volatility, including a 32-of-83 passing line for 366 yards, one touchdown and six interceptions in 2014. He looks like the kind of QB who can juice an offense if he is comfortable taking shots, but he is best suited for a system that can live with risk and capitalize on big-play upside.
