LIU forward Jake Cook is a versatile frontcourt piece with efficient flash moments
Jake Cook is a 6'8" LIU forward who showed usable all-around impact in the 2022-23 season, appearing in 20 games and posting a season-high 16 points, five rebounds, and four assists against CMSV; that stat line hints at a player who can contribute beyond scoring, with size, passing touch, and lineup flexibility that can matter to a coach. He profiles as a developmental wing/frontcourt fit rather than a polished volume scorer, so the key question is whether his frame, versatility, and role-player utility translate into consistent minutes at the college level.[1][2]
