steady Griz edge piece with upside, not just a box-score guy
Addison Owen is a redshirt junior defensive end for Montana in the 2026 season, and the Griz list him as a DE after previously moving him from linebacker, which suggests versatility and a team-first fit[1][10]. ESPN currently lists him with limited stat production, so his value is more about role, motor, and developmental upside than eye-popping numbers[2]. If your team wants an edge defender who can adapt, learn multiple fronts, and bring energy without needing the spotlight, he looks like a solid fit[1][10].
