Chris Burton brings disruptive DL size and upside to NCCU’s front
Chris Burton is a North Carolina Central defensive lineman with the frame and positional value teams want in the trenches, but publicly available 2026 stat output is limited, so his appeal comes more from projection than box-score production. The key question for a fit is whether he can turn his size into consistent leverage, gap integrity, and interior disruption; if he does, he’s the kind of rotational DL who can fit a physical, discipline-first defense.
