Towson DL Zain Harps Upshur brings captain-level production and disruptive edge
In the 2024 season, Zain Harps Upshur emerged as a steady defensive-line anchor for Towson, starting all 12 games and posting 36 tackles, 7 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and 5 quarterback hurries. He stands out for consistency, backfield disruption, and leadership as a team captain, which matters for teams looking for a reliable, high-motor front-seven player who impacts both run and pass situations. That combination of production and leadership makes him a strong fit for a defense that values toughness, accountability, and playmaking up front.
