skilled Terps forward with a shot-maker’s touch
Emery Wallace was a highly regarded Maryland forward whose game was defined by a smooth shooting stroke, strong prep production, and an early reputation as a polished scorer and rebounder; in her senior high school season she averaged 19.3 points and 7.0 rebounds per game, and Maryland’s staff praised her as “extremely skilled” with a “very accurate shooting touch.”[1] The big caveat: her college career was slowed by knee injuries, including an ACL issue before her senior year of high school, so the fit question is less about raw talent and more about medical reliability and availability.[6]
