Depth-piece DL with size and local pedigree, but limited public stat profile
Whitmire is a Western Carolina defensive lineman listed at 6-foot-0 and 250 pounds, and the public record shows no available career statistics on the official roster, which points to a player whose value is more about role fit, practice development, and trench depth than headline production.[7] He is also tied to Spartanburg High School in ESPN’s recruiting profile, giving him a regional recruiting footprint and a familiar South Carolina path into the program.[5] For a team, that makes him an intriguing low-profile add if you want a hard-nosed interior body who can compete physically and develop into rotational depth rather than a proven stat-stuffing disruptor.[7][5]
