John Hawkins brings veteran WR polish to UAPB
John Hawkins is a seasoned Arkansas-Pine Bluff wideout listed at 5-11, 185 and a redshirt senior, which suggests experience, route savvy, and a reliable grasp of the offense over raw flash. His profile stands out more for toughness and know-how than headline-grabbing numbers, making him the kind of receiver a staff can trust in key downs and in a locker room that needs steady voices. With UAPB leaning on a balanced attack early in 2026, Hawkins looks like a fit for teams valuing maturity, consistency, and a player who knows how to do the dirty work.
