seasoned Louisiana Tech edge with proven backfield punch
Christian Lacey’s value is the kind coaches love: a sturdy 6-1, 245-pound edge who, in the 2011 season, posted 36 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, and six quarterback hurries while starting at right end for Louisiana Tech[1]. That production points to a disruptive, assignment-wrecking defender who can collapse pockets and finish plays, not just chase stats[1]. His recruiting profile also shows he arrived with a strong local pedigree and a reputation as a hard-nosed defensive end, making him a fit for teams that want edge pressure, effort, and reliability over flash[5].
