Robert Freeman IV is Idaho State’s spark plug: efficient runner, return-game weapon
In the 2026 season, Robert Freeman IV has been a high-efficiency, multi-purpose piece for Idaho State, with 42 rushing yards on 14 carries through two games and 193 career kickoff-return yards, including a 76-yard long. He brings more than box-score production: he’s compact, explosive, and clearly trusted in space, with his best value showing up on special teams and in hidden-yardage moments. The fit question is simple—if a team wants a tough, versatile back who can change field position and stay dangerous without needing a huge workload, Freeman is absolutely worth a look.
