Skyler Hutto is Jacksonville State’s late-inning weapon
In the 2026 season, Skyler Hutto emerged as one of Jacksonville State’s most trusted bullpen arms, finishing with 12 saves, a 6-3 record, a 2.20 ERA, and 41 strikeouts across 41 innings while holding opponents to a .164 average. He’s a long, durable 6-4 right-hander with a closer’s mentality: he opened with three straight saves, handled high-leverage spots all year, and earned first-team conference recognition plus national All-American honors. If you need strike-throwing, mound presence, and a guy who clearly loves the spotlight, he’s your kind of arm.
