experienced Ole Miss DB with SEC-tested versatility
Charles Sawyer is a **versatile Ole Miss defensive back** whose appeal is less about flashy stat lines and more about positional flexibility, competitiveness, and SEC experience; recruiting profiles list him around **5-foot-11, 175 pounds** and as a defensive back/athlete, which suggests he can be deployed across the secondary rather than locked into one role.[3][4] The clearest caution flag is availability: a past Ole Miss game note reported Sawyer was **out for the Texas game**, so any team evaluating him should check recent health and durability updates before projecting him as a full-time impact piece.[2]
