Taquan Evans is a low-volume, defense-leaning Iona guard who brings steady playmaking and hustle
In his Iona career, Taquan Evans has been a modest-scoring guard with a profile built more on distributing and activity than shot creation, posting 1.6 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 0.6 steals per game while shooting 27.5% from the field and 25.0% from three in the available career data.[1][2] He’s the kind of player you care about if you need a connector guard who can handle secondary ball duties, compete defensively, and stay engaged without needing the offense to run through him.[1][2]
