Versatile Forward with Elite Steal Rate for Central Arkansas
Boo Milligan is a high-intensity forward for the Central Arkansas Bears whose defining differentiator is his elite defensive disruption, evidenced by a career-high 36 steals in the 2015-16 season alongside 36 assists, showcasing rare two-way versatility for a player of his size [1]. While his current 2025-26 scoring averages sit at 4.9 points and 2.3 rebounds per game with a 36.8% field goal percentage, his value lies in his ability to create offense for others and generate turnovers, making him a perfect fit for teams needing a hustle-forward who elevates team defense without demanding top-tier scoring volume [7]. His Los Angeles background suggests a polished basketball IQ, and his role as a non-primary scorer allows him to thrive in a supporting capacity on a team that finished 1st in the A-Sun with a 22-12 record [8].
