Dontre Merricks brings compact, physical DB size to Saint Francis U
Dontre Merricks is a 5-10, 181-pound defensive back for Saint Francis U, which points to a coverage defender with a sturdy, compact build suited for downhill support and physical tackling. Because the available roster data does not include recent game-by-game production, the best read is that he is a depth and development piece whose value will hinge on consistency, technique, and special-teams or matchup versatility. If you need a DB with a college-ready frame and likely willingness to play physical football, he fits the profile; if you want proven stat-sheet impact, the public data is too limited to make that claim confidently.
