Tashalya Jackson brings veteran guard grit to UAPB
Tashalya Jackson is a battle-tested UAPB guard whose game profile has historically leaned on scoring, with ESPN listing career marks of 4.3 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game, though that same profile shows she has been an inefficient shooter overall. Her value is less about flash and more about toughness: she’s the kind of guard who can give a team edge, experience and physicality in the backcourt. If UAPB needs a steady, competitive connector who can chip in across the box score, she’s a fit; if it needs pure perimeter efficiency, that’s the question mark.
