Qwincy Amos brings steady, assignment-sound depth to Columbia’s secondary
Amos is a senior defensive back for Columbia in the 2026 season who has grown into a reliable, low-drama piece in the Lions’ back end. In the 2025 season, he played in seven games and totaled two tackles, with a 2024 season that included one tackle and one pass breakup, which points to a player whose value goes beyond splashy box-score numbers. The differentiator here is steadiness: he has stayed active, earned meaningful snaps, and fits as a competitive, dependable DB rather than a headline-grabbing playmaker.
