Veteran WCC Scorer with All-Conference Pedigree
Scott Dougherty is a Portland-native Guard/Forward whose **differentiator** is his proven **scoring intensity** and **All-WCC First Team** pedigree from his standout 2006-07 senior season, where he led Santa Clara with **14.9 points per game** in conference play[2]. While current 2025-26 stats show a reduced role (5.0 PPG, 1.7 REB) likely due to age or roster depth, his **strength** lies in **veteran leadership** and **clutch shooting** ability that transcends raw numbers[8]. You should care because he brings a **high-intensity personality** and **WCC experience** that stabilizes a lineup, making him a **perfect fit** for teams needing a **reliable veteran** who understands the conference landscape, though he may not be the primary offensive engine for a roster seeking a young, high-upside scorer[2][8].
