Penn State's Speedy 6'1" CB with NFL-Proven Upside
Tariq Castro-Fields, a Penn State standout CB, blazed a 4.38-second 40-yard dash at the 2022 NFL Combine, showcasing elite speed and length (6'1", 197 lbs) that let him dominate Big Ten receivers with 138 career tackles, 10 TFLs, 3 INTs, and 25 PBUs through 2021. His physicality, ball skills, and relentless intensity made him a 6th-round 49ers pick who later won Super Bowl LIX with the Eagles—now back on their roster post-2025 reserve/future deal. A high-motor differentiator with zero major injury flags, he's a scheme-versatile shutdown fit for any NFL defense craving deep-ball thieves.
