Grace Taylor brings power, speed, and lineup versatility to UIC
In the 2026 season, Grace Taylor emerged as a regular for UIC, appearing in 51 games and starting 48 while posting 17 runs, 14 RBI, and extra-base pop with two doubles, one triple, and three home runs. UIC’s staff described her as a “true middle infielder” with both power and speed, and she answered with a hot stretch in March that included a .667 week and a two-run homer. She looks like a fit for teams wanting an athletic, versatile bat who can impact the game in multiple ways, not just on the stat sheet.
