Explosive DT Prospect Poised for Wake Forest Impact
Jamil Smith, a versatile defensive tackle commit to Wake Forest, dazzles with elite speed and return ability—leading 4A Region 2 with 384 total return yards in his Fulton High (TN) career, ranking top-1 regionally and top-3 in Division 4A. His twitchy athleticism and ball skills set him apart from typical DTs, offering disruptive pass-rush upside and special teams value right away; no injury red flags, high-motor intensity makes him a culture fit for any 3-4 scheme hungry for versatile linemen.
