In the 2024-25 season, Selina Monestime emerged as a reliable frontcourt piece for Central Connecticut State, averaging 7.8 points per game across 22 games while adding 20.3 minutes a night and showing legit board work for a young forward.[12] She flashed a real “go get it” factor too: CCSU noted a 16-point, 6-rebound, 3-steal breakout against Stonehill, with 14 of those points coming after halftime, which says a lot about her competitiveness and late-game engine.[8][14] At 5-foot-11 and still early in her college career, she looks like a fit for teams wanting energy, physicality, and a player who can swing momentum without needing the offense built around her.[10][12]
