Grambling DE Jon Horton: Towering Transfer with Untapped Pass-Rush Potential
Jon Horton, a 6-5, 235-pound redshirt senior DE who transferred from Virginia to Grambling State, brings elite length and athleticism to the Tigers' front, ideal for disrupting QBs in the SWAC—his prior UVA stint showed flashes like a forced fumble vs. Syracuse in 2022, but limited snaps highlight his high-upside as a raw, explosive edge presence. With Baton Rouge roots fueling his intensity, he's a developmental gem for teams needing versatile, long-armed defenders; scout him if you value traits over tape in the FCS talent pool.
