a classic UNC big with touch, length, and sneaky mobility
In the 2001-02 season, Brian Bersticker gave North Carolina efficient frontcourt minutes, shooting 56.6% from the field and 66.7% from three while averaging 4.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 0.7 blocks in 11.5 minutes per game. He’s a useful fit if you want a 6-10 post who can stretch the floor, protect the rim, and move better than most players his size. UNC described him as quick and agile with an excellent outside shot and strong shot-blocking instincts, though added strength was still the big separator for more playing time.
