Austin Pucylowski is a long-tenured, high-volume punter who brought reliable field-position value to Southern Illinois
Pucylowski’s calling card was volume and durability: he finished with 218 punts in ESPN’s career totals and sits among SIU’s career leaders in punt attempts and punting yardage, showing he was trusted to handle a heavy workload. His average was 39.8 yards with a long of 72, which suggests a steady, field-position-oriented specialist rather than a pure hang-time or touchback machine. For a roster looking for an experienced punter who can survive pressure reps and consistently flip the field, he profiles as a dependable specialist with proven school-level production.
