Andreas Keaton brings veteran toughness and downhill range to Temple's secondary
In the 2024 season, Temple safety Andreas Keaton quickly became a tone-setter after transferring from Western Carolina, earning a single-digit jersey, serving as a game captain, and starting all 12 games on defense. He finished third on the team in tackles, added a fumble recovery and an interception, and drew praise for his leadership, durability, and physical, sure-tackling style. The knock is pass coverage consistency, but if a defense wants a 6-foot-2 enforcer who leads by example and attacks downhill, Keaton is a strong fit.
