speedy, walk-on-to-rotation UMass DB with a special-teams edge
Domenique Milton’s UMass profile reads like a classic underdog-to-impact-story: in the 2006 season, the Minutemen listed him as a top reserve defensive back and special-teams standout, noting he was the fastest player on the team with a 4.3 40-yard dash and had risen from walk-on status. He also added 29 tackles, a pass breakup, and 2 tackles for loss that year, which points to real burst and toughness, not just track speed. If you want a DB who brings juice, effort, and positional flexibility, he’s the kind of player coaches love to have around.
