Sa'eed Nelson was a high-usage, two-way engine for American
In the 2019-20 season, Sa'eed Nelson was the Patriot League Player of the Year and American’s all-time leading scorer, finishing his career with 2,116 points, while also ranking among the nation’s steals leaders with 2.83 steals per game. He played like a coach’s dream: durable, high-minute, and relentlessly involved as a scorer, playmaker, and disruptive defender. The differentiator here is the intensity—he stayed, carried the load, and brought a proven winning edge. If a team wants a tough, stat-stuffing guard with two-way bite, Nelson absolutely fits the bill.
