Marcel Ngachie brings linebacker size and depth to UAlbany’s defense
Ngachie is a **UAlbany linebacker** whose value is tied more to fit and physicality than flash: at **5'11", 221 lbs** on the 2024 roster, he profiles as a compact, sturdy defender who can help in run support and special-teams-style physical play. UAlbany’s recent defensive context has been a mixed bag, but the program has remained competitive in a tough FCS environment, so a player like Ngachie matters if you want toughness, reliability, and roster flexibility rather than headline stats.
