Nicole James brings veteran guard steadiness and late-game poise to IU Indy
Nicole James is a proven **clutch guard** for IU Indianapolis, best known for decisive scoring and composure under pressure, including the free throws that helped IUPUI reach the 2009 Summit League semifinals and pushed her past 1,000 career points. In the 2008-09 season, she started 18 of the final 19 games and averaged 7.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.9 assists, showing she could contribute as a steady two-way backcourt piece. If you want a guard who can handle pressure, provide leadership, and make winning plays in tight games, she fits that profile well.[1][5]
