Brandon Lane Jr. is a compact, power-built interior run stuffer with real college-lineman grit
In the 2021 season at South Dakota State, Brandon Lane Jr. was a reserve defensive tackle in three games and logged a solo tackle, but the bigger story is his profile: a 6-foot-2, 290-pound interior lineman who came out of high school with 23 sacks over his junior and senior seasons and all-state honors as a defensive end. He looks like a trench player who can anchor against the run, bring effort, and add toughness—good fit if a team wants physicality inside more than flashy production.
