McGwire Madsen brings Utah Tech depth, family-baseball pedigree, and a high-IQ infield profile
McGwire Madsen is a Utah Tech infielder whose current public stat line is limited, but his profile still pops: he’s a Provo native, chose Utah Tech for its baseball fit and facility, and comes from a serious baseball family, which usually signals strong instincts and work habits. In the 2026 season, Utah Tech listed him on the roster and showed no official statistics available yet, so he looks more like a developmental piece than a finished product. If your team values coachability, upside, and a player who can grow into a role, he’s worth tracking.
