veteran defensive back with playmaking roots
Xavier Lavender is a safety for Morehead State whose profile points to a physical, instinctive defensive back with proven ball production from his prep days, including 103 tackles and 4 interceptions over his final two seasons and a 91-yard pick-six in 2012. That kind of back-end playmaker usually fits a defense that wants toughness, anticipation, and a willingness to hit in space. The freshest public football profile available confirms him as a Morehead State defensive back, but recent season-by-season college stat detail is limited, so his current value is best read as a potential depth-and-energy fit rather than a fully charted star.
