Injury-Tested OL with Sophomore Resilience for Louisiana
Evan Ruiz, a 6-5, 310-pound sophomore offensive guard for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, is a high-intensity interior lineman whose 2024 season was sidelined by a back injury, yet his Red Stick All-Star Game pedigree and 10-out-of-5 strength rating (On3) signal elite physical potential. Though he didn't compete last season, his recovery journey and natural power differentiator make him a compelling fit for teams needing a durable, back-to-back anchor who brings fierce intensity and a 'ice in their veins' mentality under pressure. He's a good fit for any team prioritizing long-term OL development with proven strength and resilience.
