Josh Mercer profile unavailable; NC State RB search results appear to mismatch another Mercer player
I could not verify a current NC State running back profile for Josh Mercer from the available results, and the search data appears to mix him up with other athletes named Mercer or with a different back entirely. Based on the limited evidence, there is no reliable performance, rankings, or injury context to confidently assess fit, so I’d avoid using this name until his roster status is confirmed from an official NC State source.
